We’re committed to getting your Better Half Journal to you (and your chosen recipient) safely, quickly, and with care.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Timeframes

Australia:
3–7 business days

International:
We aren’t sending internationally at this stage. If you’re desperate, please contact josh@beterhalfjournal.com

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

All shipping is inclusive of the purchase. We want to keep this purpose-driven purchase as simple and clean as possible.

Donated Journal Deliveries (B1G1)

If you choose to send your donated journal directly to someone you know, please ensure that full and accurate mailing details are provided at checkout.

Incomplete or unclear addresses may lead to delays.
If the second recipient’s details are missing, incorrect, or incomplete:

We will pause the donated shipment and contact you for confirmation before posting.

We cannot ship the donated journal until the buyer confirms the correct details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
You can check the delivery progress at any time.
